TO INSURE THE FINEST VENISON PROCESSING IN NEW YORK STATE AREA
THE FOLLOWING RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED:
1) All venison must be clean: No hair, bone, excess fat or blood clots. It will be inspected and if not up to standard will be refused
2)All meat must be thawed and out of freezer paper. No metal twists
3) Boning charge is $10 Per Piece. Shoulder and Hind Only
4) Products must be picked up on date given or be subject to a late charge of $5.00
5) We are not responsible for any product not picked up after 7 days of scheduled date
6)10 Pound Minimum per product brought in for processing
7 NO DROP OFF OR PICK UP BETWEEN 10:30am to 1:30pm
IF BUTCHERING IS NEEDED, WE CAN REFER YOU TO QUALIFIED BUTCHERS
